Cruisewear Around $50
Cruise countdown has officialy begun – and we’re currently on Day 6. Hooray for the start of Tropical Week!
You all know cruises can be expensive. Even if you get a decent deal, excursions, a massage, a few strawberry daiquiris can all run up the bill and leave you for broke. Finding the perfect cruisewear is easy, but finding it on a budget… can be easy, too. You just have to know where to look.
I’ve mentioned before that when I shop, I look for items that only look expensive – but are easy on the wallet – AKA my “Golden Rule of Shopping.” A girl like me loves to look good, and dress well, but I also like to have a great time. And great times usually cost money. It’s all about budgeting, people.
Victoria’s Secret has great options for swimwear – or cruisewear – as I’m calling it. Their items fit the bill for my “Golden Rule of Shopping” – and their options vary from extremely sexy to sweet and demure. I’m the in-between gal.
Here are my top picks for cruisewear around the $50 mark – because anything above that is money being taken away from my margaritas!
Swimsuits with hardware always make it look more expensive – like this embellished triangle top and tie-string bottom – $51…
Brooches and white suits look rich. Bandeu top with brooch and low-rise bottom, $54…
Sheer with simple details draw the right kind of attention. Tie-waist cover-up, $33…
Nautical stripes have to be worn on a cruise – cute and affordable, $29…
Linen looks expensive, sounds expensive, and usually is expensive. This one, not so much – linen sweater, $49.50…
It’s a vacation, add more color to your cruisewear – playful and colorful tankini, $55…
Whether you’re on a cruise, at the beach, or soaking it up in a kiddie pool in the backyard – make sure you do it in style – and within budget!
That seems a bit expensive.
