Happy Weekend

February 11, 2011

Instead of buying cheap chocolate and a card that will eventually get thrown away, I’m going to make Paula Deen’s red velvet cupcakes for my Valentine. It’s a favorite of his, and it will be made with with lots of love.

I also saw that Lifetime is having a V-Day Movie Marathon Weekend, so you know what I’ll be doing!

Good excuse to stay in and veg. My favorite thing to do.

Here’s the lineup in case you’re having the same idea as me…

Saturday

11 a.m. – She’s the One

1 p.m. – A Valentine Carol

3 p.m. – Forever Love

5 p.m. – Lake House

7 p.m. – Because I Said So

9 p.m. – Nights in Rodanthe

Sunday

11 a.m. – My First Wedding

1 p.m. Because I Said So (I’ll probably make my cupcakes around this time, since I will watch this on Saturday. Or, I’ll just watch it again.)

3 p.m. – Raising Helen

5:30 p.m. – P.S. I Love You (A personal fave – get the tissues!)

8 p.m. – The Holiday

Whew! My weekend looks busy. I just hope I don’t actually turn in to a vegetable.
