Happy Weekend

This weekend, I plan to relax and give myself much-needed me time. Well, at least on Saturday – since the ManFriend and I will celebrate Super Bowl Sunday. I can never pass up good beer, good food and great friends.

I’m going to attempt to finish at least 2 chapters in the book I’ve been reading, The Gorgeously Green Diet…

And for Super Sunday, I’m planning to make this dip…
